Each of the four spacious bedrooms has been designed to be a perfect haven for rest and relaxation. Stretch out on the luxuriously comfortable beds, cozy up with a book, or step outside to enjoy the view from the covered balconies. All of the bedrooms (with the exception of the downstairs king suite) have flat-screen smart TVs – simply log into your streaming account and enjoy your favorite shows.

The primary suite on the first floor is furnished with a king-sized bed. Just steps away from the kitchen, grab a coffee and enjoy it in blissful quiet from your private balcony which is just through the sliding glass doors. This spacious bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub. The shower features a shower seat, making it ideal for multi-generational families. The double vanity is separate from the bathing area, making it easy for multiple guests to use the bathroom at the same time.

The remaining bedrooms can be found on the top floor. The beautiful primary suite upstairs is furnished with a plush king-sized bed, has plenty of storage space, and offers a private balcony with peek-a-boo views of the lagoon. This king suite’s private bathroom also has a double vanity and offers a sparkling and spacious walk-in shower.

The third bedroom has a comfy queen-sized bed and access to a shared covered balcony with the fourth bedroom. There’s plenty of seating plus gorgeous views!

The fourth bedroom will be adored by kids and grown-ups alike. With a twin-over-full bunk bed and a pull-out queen sleeper sofa, there’s plenty of space for everyone. This bedroom also doubles as a game room with an arcade console that has plenty of games to keep you busy.

The shared bathroom upstairs provides you with a combination bathtub and shower unit, which is perfect for bathing the little ones. Like the other two full bathrooms, this bathroom offers elegant granite countertops, large mirrors, and a double vanity. All three full bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, hair dryers, and Eco Botanics toiletries for your convenience.

You’ll also find a half bathroom downstairs to cater to the common areas.

Downstairs you’ll find a shaded picnic table, which is the perfect spot for enjoying an outdoor bite. Fire up the BBQ grill or enjoy a picnic!

For the perfect beach day, raid our outdoor storage closet and enjoy the beach gear provided. This includes beach umbrellas, chairs, and wagons so you don’t have to worry about packing your own. Simply load up one of the two wagons and feel the white sand between your toes in under five minutes. We provide pool towels as well.

Nestled between the sparkling blue Gulf Ocean and the idyllic Little Lagoon, you’ll enjoy the best of both! Just a short walk away you’ll find the 13th Street public beach access, as well as a wonderful shared outdoor pool surrounded by plenty of sun loungers. It’s the best spot for a refreshing dip after a busy day at the beach!

Other Things to Note:
Rental Agreement and Security Deposit: We require a signed rental agreement and a $500 security deposit hold, not a charge, to be held 2 days prior to arrival. It's very easy to get these 2 items accomplished! We send you a link immediately after your booking is confirmed.

Parties / Noise:
We respectfully remind you that this is a quiet, residential community and some residents live here full-time. For this reason, we ask that this home is not used for parties.

For your safety, there are 2 video cameras OUTSIDE the property (doorbell and driveway) which are recording 24/7.

We are available to answer all your questions via your booking platform, 9 a.m.-8 p.m. EST.

Pet Policy:
Up to two dogs are permitted in the house, for a small additional fee and are subject to the “Pet Addendum” below. No cats are allowed.

Please note you will be invoiced separately after your acceptance of the booking. Pets are charged at a flat fee of $200 per dog, per stay. Failure to pay the pet fee may result in the cancellation of your reservation. A penalty fine will be charged if an undeclared pet is brought on-site.

Pet Addendum:
To bring your pet(s), guest(s) must agree to the following terms:

★ The dog is under 50lbs and is at least 1 year old
★ Dogs are housebroken and up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations
★ Guests will keep their dog(s) under control at all times
★ Guests will promptly report any damage caused by the dog(s)
★ Dog(s) must be crated if left alone in the home
★ Guests agree to pay any costs for damage by the dog(s), in excess of the security deposit
★ If damage has not been reported by the guest, but is found by the owner/agent, it will be documented and necessary replacement or repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
★ Heartworm preventative is highly recommended
★ Guests will adhere to local ordinances, leash laws, and licensing requirements
★ Guests will clean up after their dog(s) and dispose of their waste promptly
★ Guests agree to keep their dog(s) from being noisy or aggressive, and from causing any annoyance or discomfort to others. Guests will remedy any complaints immediately.
★ No personal dog beds or other such items should be put in the washer or dryer

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
