The Sage Sparrow is a NEWLY FURNISHED, fully loaded, dog friendly home with SPECTACULAR marsh views, saltwater pool, ELEVATOR, a mother-in-law king ensuite with full kitchenette, sitting room, washer with dryer, sunroom and balcony looking onto the beautiful marsh. Top floor has TWO additional King ensuites, 1 with an adjoining room with two queen beds and a sitting area. The ground floor includes the rec room with separate queen bedroom and full bathroom, a second living room, arcade games, and an exercise room with free weights and yoga mats. We are baby and kid friendly with baby crib, pack-n-play, high chair & kid's dinnerware.
The home has a huge screened-in porch with dining area, an office/workspace area with a computer monitor to connect your laptop to for easy viewing, charcoal BBQ grill, fenced in yard & large gated driveway for boats, RVs (no hookup), or up to 4 cars. Full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
We welcome mid-term rentals (>28 days) for snowbirds, displaced families, corporate travelers, traveling medical professionals, etc...Please reach out if interested!

We provide dish detergent, a set amount of dishwasher and laundry pods, travel size shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Guests are responsible for any additional items.
*Please note this is a quiet residential community and our home is on a cul-de-sac which we love! Quiet hours are 10pm-7am every day. Please respect the noise curfew. We utilize an approved Minut decibel meter to avoid any excessive noise complaints from neighbors.
We are available via your booking platform from 8am-8pm EST.
Check-in / Check-Out: Check in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. We will do our best to accommodate an earlier check in, but we make no promises. The check-in time of 4pm is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to have the home ready for your arrival!
Minimum age to rent: 25 years old
Rental agreement/Security deposit hold: after booking, we require a signed rental agreement and a $500 security deposit hold (not a charge). It's very easy!
Smoking Policy: There is absolutely no smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, vape, pot, hookah, drugs, etc..) inside or outside on the decks. If smoke is detected inside the home, then a minimum of $750 fee for smoke remediation will be enforced.
Visitors: Any visitors must leave the premises by 10pm, the beginning of quiet hours.
Extra Guests: Maximum occupancy is 14 guests. Additional guests will be charged at $75 per night per guest.
Party Policy: This is not a home for parties or events.
* Up to 2 dogs are allowed, no cats. Guest must agree to below pet policy.
* Pet fee is a flat charge of $150/stay per pet. One dog - $150, two dogs - $300.
To bring your pet(s), guest(s) must agree to the following terms:
Dog is under 50 pounds and is at least 1 year old.
Guests agree to keep their dog under control at all times.
Guests agree to promptly report any damage caused by dog(s).
Dog(s) must be crated if left alone in the home.
Guests agree to pay any costs for damage done by dog(s) if not entirely covered by security deposit.
If damages are not reported but are found by owners/agent, it will be documented and necessary replacement or repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
Guests agree that their dog is housebroken.
All dogs must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm preventative is highly recommended.
Guests agree to adhere to local ordinances, leash laws and licensing requirements.
Guests agree to clean up after their dog(s) & dispose of their waste promptly.
Guests agree to keep dog(s) from being noisy or aggressive, and from causing any annoyance or discomfort to others. Guests will remedy any complaints immediately.
No personal dog beds or other such items should be put in the washer or dryer!
Pool Policy: NO DIVING. Pool is 3.5 feet to 6 feet deep. Swim at your own risk. All children under 18 need adult supervision.
BBQ: We provide a charcoal grill and lighter. Please clean off grill after use so there is no residual food.
Garbage: Please dispose of full trash bags into provided trash bins. Trash day is Wednesdays, bins need to be at the curb by 7am.
Laundry: Washer and dryer provided for your convenience. Please remember to check and clear out the lint trap prior to using the dryer.
Quiet Time: 10pm-7am every day. We utilize an Airbnb approved noise monitoring device on the property.
Parking: Please no street parking. All cars must be on driveway. Up to 4 cars will fit comfortably.
Damages: refer to rental agreement. “Guest will be financially responsible for damage to the property. Guest authorizes The Agent to charge Guest’s credit card in the event of the following: damage or theft; flea infestation caused by a pet; unauthorized pets; extensive cleaning required at check-out; evidence of smoking (all properties are non-smoking); exceeding occupancy or parking limits, and any other mentioned charges/policies in this Rental Agreement”
Off Limit Areas: Owners' closet.
For your security, there is a doorbell camera and an outdoor floodlight camera facing the driveway recording at all times.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

I grew up in Huntsville, AL. I am a mom to an inquisitive preschooler who loves ice cream and anything sweet and a baby who loves milk.
I love traveling and hope to continue traveling more when said kids can sit still for more than 20 minutes.
In my spare time, I enjoy binge-watching shows like Ted Lasso, watching figure skating and baking! Hiking is a must do for me and hopefully one day, I will be visiting all 63 National Parks in an RV.
My family and I love staying in short term rentals around the world and have taken what we loved about each stay and applied it to our own hosting vision.
